This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are offered for pest control services.
Refund Policy - the basics

Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with the pest control services provided. If you feel the service did not meet your expectations, please contact us within 30 days of the service date. We will assess the situation and work to resolve any issues, which may include re-treatment or partial refunds, depending on the circumstances.

Re-Treatment: In many cases, pest control issues require more than one visit for effective resolution. If pests persist after the initial service, we will schedule a follow-up visit at no additional charge or at a reasonable additional charge within a reasonable timeframe.

Termite Treatments: If termites are found to persist after a termite treatment and you have followed the care instructions provided by our technician, we may re-treat the affected areas or issue a partial refund if re-treatment is not possible within our service scope.

Bed Bug Treatments: Due to the nature of bed bug infestations, multiple treatments may be necessary. Refunds are not generally provided for bed bug services.

Rodent Control: If rodent activity continues after our initial service and the necessary follow-up steps have been taken, we may provide a re-treatment or, depending on the circumstances, a partial refund.

Certain fees may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Consultation fees for initial assessments or inspections

Service charges for missed appointments or late cancellations

Specialty services or treatments that are non-refundable due to the nature of the service provided (e.g., once a treatment product has been applied)

For a refund or re-treatment, customers are required to:

Follow all post-treatment instructions provided by our technicians to ensure the effectiveness of the treatment.

Notify us within 30 days if issues persist. After 30 days, we may not be able to provide re-treatment or refund services.

While we will do our best to address your concerns and resolve any pest issues, Stevenson & Sons Pest Control is not liable for:

Pest infestations that return due to structural damage or changes that affect the efficacy of our treatment.

Pest-related issues that arise after customers fail to follow treatment instructions or prevent access to treated areas.

Any indirect or consequential damages related to pest infestations.
